I am very happy with the products from DutchGrown, but very unhappy with Yodel, the delivery company. 5 minutes notice of delivery and could not get home in time and the package was left in clear view on the door step. Sadly I do not like using Yodel and therefore will not buy again from DutchGrown unless a better courier is provided!

Quality of products not size of advertised and the majority of my order was cancelled just before delivery. Would not use again and do no recommend.

Expensive for the size and quality. £40 for 9 bare roots, which have struggled to grow, I think at least 3 will not survive.

Dear Peter, We can see you ordered the Shooting Star Queen Victoria (Dodecatheon). The bare root plants of the dodecatheon are indeed small in comparison with other types of plants. This does not mean they will not grow or perform. This is how the plant comes. If you have any concern, please email us at info@dutchgrown.co.uk

The photographs on the advert show large healthy tubers my dahlias were small and wizened. There was no point ordering with you I could have bought better from home.

advertisment illustrated a lady holding a very large Dahlia tuber, it filled both hands. I was impressed by the size so placed my order. My granddaugher held one of my tubers and it didn't cover her palm, I was very disappointed,also a lot of the tubers had broken off. Will not recommend you to friends and will not buy from you again.

Disappointed. The Dahlia's arrived on time & well packaged. But the Latte collection were tiny & the tubers were separated. I had larger & healthier tubers from my local garden centre who were a third cheaper.

We ordered four amaryllis, which arrived in October, with instructions that we could store them in a cool place till we were ready to plan them, so as to get them to bloom when we wished. We were aiming for Christmas so we got them out to plant on 10th November. We found that two had already grown long stalks and flower buds, while in storage, inside their plastic bags, so they were badly distorted. We have had to tie them to poles and one is already flowering, two days after planting. We emailed to inform them and ask them to in future give better instructions for storage (e.g. to take them bulbs out of the bags and to check them for growth) but the reply was dismissive. It's a shame. We spent a lot to get good bulbs and we have now got two plants that will be over well before Christmas, and no indication that the company really cares about customers or the plants themselves.

This was the first time ordering from this company, I brought Echinacea Tweety and Echinacea Irresistable both had a good root system, one shoot and were package well and delivered within the specified time. However niether have shown any sign of life since planting and we are now 1 day away from June 2024. It's unfortunate i was looking forward to seeing their true beauty. I will now have to order from another company.

Bought 6 tubers all looked viable, planted them in 3 litre pots to start them off, so far one had grown, the rest lay useless.
