I was very pleased with the part of the delivery I received, but part was missing & I informed you by email. I was told that the rest would be delivered.This was 3 weeks ago , I'm still waiting on the other part of my delivery.

Very disappointed in the Lupins I purchased. Had to comb through the compost to find a few roots only. However the company has offered a refund - so full marks for that.

I ORDERED BULLSEYE CRANESBILL COLLECTION, EXPECTING NAMED VARIETIES,MADE UP FROM THE MANY NAMED VARIETIES THEY SELL ON LINE. THE BARE ROOTS ARRIVED IN GOOD CONDITION, BUT WITHOUT ANY I.D, MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR PLANTING LAYOUT. NOT HAPPY, WILL NOT USE THIS GROWER AGAIN.

The delivery driver chose to abandon our purchase at a random house over 500m away from our house. No call, no message, no care, no accountability. No relation to our address. Lazy and incompetent.

Order still not delivered although I’ve had emails for last couple of weeks at least that I can order from their warehouse for immediate delivery. Lack of updates regarding order. I ordered from three other bulb companies at same time, all arrived weeks ago.

Order UK 243899. Four inaccurate emails over some 4 weeks concerning false delivery information. Half the order summarily cancelled by DutchGrown 3 months after payment and also after notification of order delivery. How would you rate Customer Service?

I order my bulbs back in the summer,I received an email 2 weeks ago to say they were dispatched, I am still waiting !!!. I contacted your customer service and was told they have not even been dispatched as waiting for bulbs from Holland. Not good customer service.

Bad quality bulbs, my paperwhites bubls were really small and hollow and the sizes were always pretty small .I ordered 10 only five were usable.

I didn't receive my order. The courier tried 3 times to deliver without success. This was unknown to me as I had no communication or notification or delivery attempts until after the event. I did receive a refund, minus the p+p! Poor communication all round.
