“Did not receive my order. Never received orders when suppliers use Yodel. I would like a refund please. I did not received my order due to the courier losing it. However the customer service from DutchGrown was fabulous & they refunded my order amount straight back to me. Many thanks for your amazing customer service”

“Preordered in June 2025 so waiting with much anticipation but when the order arrived there was a small issue with ranunculus corms(wrong colour). Sent an email to make DutchGrown aware and had very prompt replies every time and the correct items arrived the next day. Can't really ask for more than that!”

“Company kept me informed as to delivery timescale. The bulbs were well packed and each individual package included an illustration with clear planting instructions. Bulbs look in good condition. Looking forward to the spring.”
