“I ordered some bare root hostas and poppies. When they all arrived the hostas looked fine but there poppies were dreadful. There was either almost no roots or the tops were black and almost nonexistent. I planted all 6 but only one of them seems to have survived. To be fair the customer service was brilliant and they replied to my concerns quickly and dealt with the matter very well. 5 stars for service.”
