We have 000's of customers using our service in Italy without problem, so there must be an issue with your phone. We do not have record of you contacting our support, so we did not have the opportunity to assist you. Hi Tom, we are sorry you did not have a great experience. I have checked your eSIM and I can see you used 84% of your data. I have also checked and I cannot see any support cases for you. It's a shame you did not contact our support where I am sure we could have helped with any connectivity issues. I will raise a support case with our network partners and ask them to investigate. Regarding price, we regularly check our prices to ensure we are competitive, so I am not sure what you are using as a comparison.
