Having never had an eSim and having read some of the reviews of eSim in general we were sceptical of usng them but we never had any issues in all the time we were away. The only thing I would say is the instruction video needs updating for all types of phone and upgrades etc (if possible) but it was nothing that couldn't be solved.”
