"Do not purchase online. I purchased a jacket online November 21st, with the 7 to 9 day shipping time. after a few weeks with a payment pending on my account, they informed me that it was back ordered and they would NOT be fulfilling my order. Even though it was in stock when I ordered. So after the company canceling my order, I purchased another jacket from another company. With a payment pending still on my account, and multiple calls to the company to remove it, not getting anywhere with them, horrible customer service. Guess what shows up on my doorstep January 6th? You guessed it, the jacket that I ordered November 21st, that they canceled. Don't bother ordering online from this company. If anything, go into a store, do not online shop with Eddie Bauer."

"I wish I\u2019d read the comments on terribly slow shipping and I would have bought elsewhere. Ordered a coat on Dec. 13, order did not prepare for shipment until the 19th, sat and did not ship until the 22nd or so it said, but it wasn\u2019t updated until the 23rd. Saying it won\u2019t be here until Dec. 27 - no updates or anything letting me know. No excuse this time of year not to put the shipment on truck - you had plenty of time Eddie Bauer company- I will mark you off my ordering list. You are not the only company out there with jackets!"

"Ordered shorts that were on sale then 2 weeks later they say my order is cancelled due to lack of stock. I checked the website same day as the email is received and they\u2019re in stock to purchase at full price. Won\u2019t be shopping with Eddie Bauer again!"

"I\u2019ve just got my 3 Stanley cups. All of them have some damages. The black one has scratches all over, the pink one has some scratches too. The steel one has very noticeable dent and also some scratches too. My order was packed in too big box with and each cup was covered by bubble wrap but it wasn\u2019t worked due to big space inside. I ordered those cups as a gifts and now I forced to keep them bc return has a cost. Very disappointed"
