“Couldn’t be more pleased with the three rooms which we have just finished decorating with Edward Bulmer Natural Paint. The colours look fabulous in our old farmhouse, and were recommended to me during an online colour consultation, which I found so helpful in providing ideas and direction for each room. Highly recommend.”

“I didn't think it was possible to get so excited about paint! I absolutely LOVE Edward Bulmer Natural Paint. The colour choice is fantastic, the coverage is great and the finished result is simply delightful and it's natural so good for us and the environment too! As a bonus the packaging is beautiful - I couldn't recommend this product more. Another wonderful thing about this brand is that the service you recieve is just brilliant. A really lovely team and fabulous to deal with.”

“Excellent thus far. I'm turning a little-used small bedroom into a reading nook. I'm not quite finished, but very impressed with the paint colour, coverage and minimal dripping, even when used by an impatient amateur like myself. This is the first time I've used your paint- I'm ordinarily an F&B person, but I will certainly buy your product in the future.”

“I am using your paints in the restoration of an old house which is still in progress. The paint is easy to use, being water-based, and the colours are superb on the wall. I have used Lute, Trumpington and Brick, and the colour palette works well with my low ceilings and quirky spaces. It was helpful being able to get sample pots but actually the real depth and beauty of the colours was only revealed once they were on the wall. I have nothing but good things to say about the ethos of your company and the quality of your products”

Dear Catherine, Thank you for your wonderful review of our paint. The breathability of our plant-based binder means that it is perfect for older buildings. Other 'water-based paints' will actually contain plastic, ours do not. Lute, Trumpington & Brick are a sensational trio - please do send us any pictures should you wish. “The colour is absolutely beautiful and the paint has a lovely quality that makes the surface so much nicer than other paints I’ve used. It is a bit more difficult to apply for an amateur painter but the result is worth it. I love the fact that it is natural. The customer service was wonderful.”

“Fabulous, really happy, just bought a new build house and the builders recommended breathable paint on the walls until the plaster fully dries out, used your paint to create a few feature walls and they look amazing. “Beautiful paint, so easy to use. Generous cover too. I was able to find a perfect colour for my room using a 60% shade. I went for complete wrap around colour in my lounge ( walls, ceiling, door) and it looks stunning!”

“Edward Bulmer's paints were a delight to use both in application and the absence of any strong odours - the clean-up was also easy. My first time using the brand, I took the plunge with Invisible Green / Pea Green / Milk White in a north facing principal bedroom and was delighted with the result. My daughter was looking for a softer, neutral shade for a south facing room and is really pleased with the varied tonal shades of Jonquil on her walls and woodwork. Our sitting room was refreshed with Welmish Blue and Pearl. Great depth and warmth to all the colours, highly recommend.”

“Am very pleased with my ‘Tawny’ paint, really attractive warm brown/beige. Strong enough not to be wishy washy and it creates a feeling of cosiness rather than being a massive statement colour. Have used it in our hall, stairs and landing. I was torn between Tawny and Clove but decided Clove was a bit pinkier than I wanted”

“Loved the colour of Pale Smoke Grey. It has a slight green tinge to it which goes perfectly in our new conservatory. We paired it with pure white for the woodwork. The decorator found it easy to work with although he was caught out by the clear wood primer because he's used to using a primer with some colour.”

“Had Edward Bulmer paint recommended to me for our 500 year old walls, and it has been perfect! Have been through many, many sample pots as the colours are divine! It applies beautifully and I just adore the way it looks in different lights! The customer service is second to none, having ran out of paint during my latest project, a quick email and a custom amount was supplied saving money and waste! It's been a dream to deal with this small business, thank you! Onto picking the next colour!”
