“The silkiest paint - wow, it glides. And no smell , and not drippy either. I prepared my extremely old, dull ( oil based) 19c skirting with 80grit sandpaper and a wash. The water-based eggshell adhered beautifully despite your wise cautioning against it. I gave it a second coat too. Love the colour.”

“Very easy process using the zoom on line appointment. I gave some answers to a few questions prior to the appointment which enabled me to think what I really wanted out of the session and which rooms I wanted to discuss. It was very helpful and friendly and I would definitely use it again.”

“Couldn’t be more pleased with the three rooms which we have just finished decorating with Edward Bulmer Natural Paint. “I didn't think it was possible to get so excited about paint! I absolutely LOVE Edward Bulmer Natural Paint. The colour choice is fantastic, the coverage is great and the finished result is simply delightful and it's natural so good for us and the environment too! “Excellent thus far. I'm turning a little-used small bedroom into a reading nook. I'm not quite finished, but very impressed with the paint colour, coverage and minimal dripping, even when used by an impatient amateur like myself. This is the first time I've used your paint- I'm ordinarily an F&B person, but I will certainly buy your product in the future.”

“I am using your paints in the restoration of an old house which is still in progress. The paint is easy to use, being water-based, and the colours are superb on the wall. I have used Lute, Trumpington and Brick, and the colour palette works well with my low ceilings and quirky spaces. It was helpful being able to get sample pots but actually the real depth and beauty of the colours was only revealed once they were on the wall. I have nothing but good things to say about the ethos of your company and the quality of your products”

Other 'water-based paints' will actually contain plastic, ours do not. Lute, Trumpington & Brick are a sensational trio - please do send us any pictures should you wish. “The colour is absolutely beautiful and the paint has a lovely quality that makes the surface so much nicer than other paints I’ve used. It is a bit more difficult to apply for an amateur painter but the result is worth it. I love the fact that it is natural. The customer service was wonderful.”

“Fabulous, really happy, just bought a new build house and the builders recommended breathable paint on the walls until the plaster fully dries out, used your paint to create a few feature walls and they look amazing. “Beautiful paint, so easy to use. Generous cover too. I was able to find a perfect colour for my room using a 60% shade. I went for complete wrap around colour in my lounge ( walls, ceiling, door) and it looks stunning!”
