Not to mention that when you return it, you need to pay shipping costs and there is also the risk to get less money back for reasons youcannot anticipate, scratches for example.

“I can't understand all these positive reviews. Bought the 1000 watt envi and on max it produces about as much warmth as my toaster oven. Placed on wall of 400 sq foot open room as auxiliary heat, does absolute nothing. Maybe makes a difference in a small enclosed closet but reviewers said that it warmed their basement -impossible. Waste of money.”
“I am not sure I’m going to keep this heater because it doesn’t seem to do anything to raise the temperature in the room. If I stand right next to the heater and touch it it feels warm and the wall above it feels warm but after hours of being on at a high setting it does not raise the temperature in the room at all. I have a thermostat in the room just to monitor. And I should say it is a very small room. (8x8)So I really do not understand the reviews of people saying that this heater heats their entire room?!”
“I had issues with installing heater on the wall, it was very complicated to connect small hooks with with a very small gap and the same time to hearing if safety bottom touch this tiny hook or not, after couple days of using heater it stopped working.”
