Works well . Looks as described. Was only missing an attachment package out of the three heaters I purchased. Need to add instructions to allow you to make the cord shorter to allow it to not sit on the floor .

This unit was ordered as a replacement for our older unit that stopped working. Fortunately everything lined up exactly the same and I had ordered and replaced the brackets of our older unit to test the older unit. I do believe the unit that we received might have been a return by the way the tie was wrapped around the wire cord, and the brackets and Allen wrench were miss placed that's the reason of the 4 star.

The unit works very well. The advertisement about easy excess cord compartment storage is very misleading- it’s not explained in the owners manual at all how to do it. Also poorly explained is using The scheduling app- it only allows for when to have start times but has nothing about ending times- the unit was set up to start at 6 am every morning but it just stays on 24/7

Sleek design. Disappointed that geo fencing and set schedules don't work together. Haven't quite figured out the auto modes yet. I have the night set to auto and it's on all the time. Other than that, heats well and looks nice.

I'm glad you ask. The heater I bought last week to replace the one I bought 11 years ago displayed some nice visual updates. I unpacked it to begin heating my boat but discovered your packer/inspector failed to include the mounting hardware. And believe me, I searched the the packaging for it diligently. Luckily I was able to find the old ones in my rubbish bin that was useable. The woman I contacted was very helpful and promised new ones were on the way immediately which I hope is true. Looking fwd to staying warm now and in the future. Terry Mathey Point Roberts, WA.

We ordered 3 Smart heaters in both 500W and 10,000 configuration and have found them to be easy to install and use, however, there is one circumstance that gives us some grave concerns. We are taken aback by how hot the walls get directly above the hot air outlets. I understand that paper doesn't combust until it reaches approximately 450 degrees, but the temperatures of the drywall directly above the heating outlets is a concern, and so much so that I purchased self-adhesive thermal barrier material to provide protection to 2500 degrees above each of the units. They were making the drywall so hot that those areas were beginning to ripple somewhat from the heat. EHeat can say whatever they like about how safe it is but when you feel how hot the walls are it definitely makes you stop and take notice. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Works pretty good. We had a terrible cold snap (below 10 degrees F) and it held around 40 despite being set at 69. Kept shutting off until we realized the auto setting could be disabled.

This was my 4th purchase of an Envi heater over a period of 8 years. I have been incredibly pleased with the way Envi does business: the quality of their products, the support provided by their employees, and the ease of installation. I wish all businesses operated as they do and put as much quality into their products. My only complaint is their decision to start producing heaters that operate via an "app." What a joke.

Very easy to install! I would suggest including a plastic heat deflector for the ability to divert the heat on top to the entire room.

I absolutely loved these and have 3 installed already. 2/500 and 1/1000. The only issue is that my electric bill has skyrocketed now. Yes,it was very cold in Colorado in January, the increase has me concerned. I have the 4th,but now decding to install or not. My electric bill was 300+ from last month. 🤷‍♂️

IMO there should be an angled louver on top to direct the heat away from going straight up the wall. The small plastic directional grate on top does not do a good job with this. Other than that it works very good for my purpose, I am actually thinking of get another one.

Pretty easy to install, but found it didn't heat as well as old heater. Had to run both due to really cold weather

The product itself seems to be working fine, so far. The installation was simple and the app is easy to use. Shipping took much longer than originally quoted. When I called the company, they told me it was due to the weather. I guess the biggest issue was that the company knew there would be delays but didn't reach out to let me know. I had to contact them on two different occasions to get updates. The customer service could have been better.

Purchased 1000 watt and 500 watt smart heaters. The 1000 watt heater is performing well, but the 500 watt heater isn't able to reach the desired temp in my home office. I now understand the size of my office requires the 1000 watt model. The mistaken purchase is on me as I didn't properly review square footage.
