“Very disappointed with this heater and the lack of customer service I received when having issues. I have a small room that I had hoped to heat but the temperature will only raise a degree or two after running the heater all night long. According to customer service, the heat must be escaping out doors or windows. Trust me, this is not the case.”
“I ordered 4 of these units for four separate rooms. Two of them stopped working within 60 days, and I can no longer get them to power up. The ones that are still operational do not heat the room (10x14) very well.”
“Folks, I have tested 3 heaters I bought, all work erratically cycling tens of times per minute sometimes, both Envi Smart models 500W and 1000W. Please review asap if risks are for heater lifetime or for house supplies stressed by so many transients. Design, components, or settings are the trouble”
“Honestly, customer service was less than helpful.
I'm a high-volume builder in Boston, and after a heater recently died before my clients even moved in, I reached out to customer service about getting a replacement shipped out. They said I need to remove and send back the unit for repairs before a new one could be shipped. I ended up having to spend money to purchase a new unit and rush-ship it, as this item could hold up the closing, putting millions at risk.
The unwillingness to work with me in this predicament or even help me place a new order made me never want to use this brand again.
There’s a lot of competition in building products, in short.
Do better.

“I just installed my new envi wall mounted heater. It looks great on the wall however the heater doesn’t turn on. It’s secured to the wall, and the locking screw used for added security.
Unfortunately I have to give a poor rating due to it not working. Now I have to contact them during normal business hours to get a new one.”

“I bought 2 heaters from eheat during Black Friday sales. Both units have their own problems, where one of them keeps turning off randomly and refused to power on again, and another had a missing component - the LED light was missing. The latter was first replaced. However, the replacement unit was DOA, it won't even power up. Due to the lack of quality control, I decided to have both units returned. I am still waiting for my refund.”
“Really no stars but your program needs a response. The heater barely throws out any heat. Cannot even warm your hands directly on the output vent.
Wasting my electric.”
“So far not impressed. My heater arrived and died within the first two weeks. I contacted support and they agreed to swap out the heater. A week went by and didn't hear back, so I called, apparently they will not send out the new heater till the old broken is returned. So while we wait for the exchange of their broken heater, my daughter's room is freezing. They should always send out a new unit as soon as a claim is placed on a unit that is broken. Or at least based on the tracking number verifying the shipment.”
