I bought 2,, The smart Heater works and set up was easy , the regular heater will not work I have tried everything

I like the heaters, but was dissapointed to see a prime day sale for less (30% off), than I paid a few days previous during your 4th sale (25%). I ordered (4) smart Max and would have saved over a hundred dollars on the order if I had waited a couple days to order.

So far I am underwhelmed by it's performance in heating up a room, my small heater is quicker and raises the temperature better, this was with an outdoor temp of around 45 degrees F. I had questions about certain control panel lights and when I contacted support they were not able to tell me what a certain indicator meant, you need to explain this better in the owners manual.

We bought the unit for 350 square feet. Our family room is 295 square feet. We have been using it for over a week trying to get the temperature up to 70 degrees. Most of the time it can't get the room above 66 degrees. We are going to buy a real gas furnace and use this in the garage workshop. Kind of disappointing.

I love the heaters, I have installed quite a few on various remodeling projects over the years. However, the warranty process is horrible. I would gladly give 5 stars on the purchase expierence, as well as the quality of the heaters I've had expioerence with, but the warranty process drives the rating WAAAAAYYYYY down.

The order and delivery were fine and the heater works fine but I put it in a 10x12’ bathroom and it doesn’t warm it up as good as I was hoping. I bought the 500 instead of the 1000 watt because it says the 500 heats 300-350 sq ft. Kind of wish I’d of gone with the 1000 watt now.

While the product that I ordered seems to be working well, the delays and lack of notification from eheat was unacceptable. took 10 business days to arrive, not 3 - 5 business days as stated and also mentioned in email from eheat after I reached out to find out were the unit was.

I bought the new 1,000 Watt EnviMax (SM1012P) because it claimed it could heat a room up to 350 sq. ft. The rec room in my basement is 258 sq. ft. The walls and ceiling are insulated, but the EnviMax does not fully heat the room. I set the thermostat to 70 degrees and leave the heater on 24 hours per day. After four days, the temperature has not risen about 66 degrees. I need another heater for this room.

Installation was super easy and it does provide heat very quietly. I struggled with the app for the SMART feature and had to call support.

Machine arrived later than expected. FAQs said 3-5 days before it gets shipped. Arrived 15 days after placing order. An email stating that "due to an overwhelming number of orders, or shipping delays" your order is delayed would have been nice, but no communication was received from eheat. I sent an email asking when my order would be shipped and it shipped later that day, so this was a positive.

I really haven't used it long enough to evaluate its proficiency,but I would like to suggest that you made the mounting holes to be 16 inches on center.

Bought the 500w model for a 10 x 10 bedroom. It seems to have a hard time warming the room from 55 degrees to 68 degrees. Maybe the 1000w would work better.

Unit works well and the app works nice. Easy install too. But the display seems to be dead and without the app i do t think you’d be able to set anything up and control the heater. That’s disappointing
