“For the price, I expected more efficiency.
I have put the heater in my basement and I can gain only 2 Celsius degrees no matter the temperature set or the time exposed.”
“I am actually somewhat disappointed in the product. It is sold as capable of heating a room up to 135 sf or so and, as a resuilt, I expected that my mud room that is 6' x 10' would be kept warm. Instead, I find that even with the temp set at 74 F, it takes the chill out but really doesn't keep it warm and toasty. In retrospect, the larger 1000 W heater would presumably have done a better job but, based on my experience with the 500 W unit, I wouldn't at this point give it a try.”
“The heaters are easy to install, the manual is confusing regarding the app and the manuel operation. I had hoped for more heat to be generated in the rooms we placed them. The app could be more user friendly when attempting to create simple schedules like "Home" "Away" "Sleep"”
“The unit is poorly designed as the wall area above the unit gets really hot. Airflow design should have been made to blow away from the unit and wall.”
“Loved the unit so much I ordered another. Unfortunately it was dead on arrival after waiting a month for it to arrive. The unit looks like it has no sensor clip that needs to be engaged for the unit to operate. The rear panel also says 500 watts but I ordered the 1000 watt unit .. weird. I am confident wheat will make it right. I hate I have had to wait so long. I am ready to just request a refund with on 1 and 1/2 of bad weather remaining. ( I hope)”
“Unfortunately the unit did not work as advertised we ended up sending the item back.
We ended up paying $18.00 for a return label so we were not happy about this.”
“The reviews and video convinced me to switch from my oilfilled space heater. It looked sosimple to install, just screw the hanging clips to the wall, attach the heater and voila. Well, first attempt, I hit a stud and without an electric screwdriver couldn't fasten the clip. Moved the heater over and this time predrilled a couple holes to be sure. Locking bar installed. Extremely difficult to find the clips while struggling to hold up the heater and trying repeatedly to find the hidden clips. Then finding them, I thought it was attached, only to have the heater slip down. Repeatedly. I loosened the clips. Then I tightened the clips. Nothing worked, it wouldn't turn on. I double checked the measurements and marked the wall and tried again, same thing. Gave up and called support, they told me to check the right side opening and press inside to engage the safety switch. There was nothing in that opening to press. Started over, remeasured everything. removed and reattached the locking screw at the bottom, careful to barely tighten it. Then a little tab finallly appeared behind the right side and I pressed it with a pencil. Finally, I was able to hang the heater on the wall and it clicked and stayed. I hit the On button, but still no power. I tightened the screw on the bottom, still nothing. I now have a very nice looking nonworking heater. Photos are of back openings, locking bar screw mounted heater.”
