"This was definitely one of the most wasteful experiences in my life\u2014 not only in money, but most definitely in time & energy. \r\n\r\nI wanted to order this old PINK phone\u2014 Sanyo SCP-2700 Sprint. \r\nI ordered an extra charger also. \r\n\r\nI paid for 3 day-shipping, and it arrived 2 days later. I would\u2019ve been okay with that, but I PAID for 3-day shipping. \r\n\r\nI went back and forth with a man via email & phone\u2014I even talked with USPS. There was nothing in my mailbox at all, and I would be told that it is there. I ha to go through the trouble of making a claim with the post office\u2014 but it just finally arrived later. \r\n\r\nAND THEN just when I thought all this was over\u2014 As soon as I opened the package, the phone wasn\u2019t even the right color. It was blue.. How do they advertise a pink phone, and send the customer with a blue one?\r\n\r\nNot only that\u2014 it didn\u2019t even come with an extra charger that I PAID FOR. \r\n\r\nAt that point, I was done.. I took it to the Post Office the next day, and paid $8.14 of my OWN money\u2014 JUST to send it back. \r\n\r\nI emailed them that it would arrive on Monday, and that I wanted a full refund. I was even told that I could get a refund on the money used to send it back. \u201cSteve\u201d emailed back, telling me to give it 3-4 day for a full refund. \r\n\r\nI THOUGHT IT WAS FINALLY OVER. \r\n\r\nThey gave me a refund alright\u2014 but they only gave me $103.50!\r\n\r\nI paid $129.58 because of the extra charger THAT IT DIDN\u2019T EVEN COME WITH, and I only got $103.50 back. \r\n\r\nI didn\u2019t get any refund for the the $8.14 I paid to get it shipped back to New York where it came from. \r\n\r\nI emailed them, and \u201cSteve\u201dreplied saying that the phone was turned on\u2014 He even attached a link that led me to their policy. \r\n\r\nThat\u2019s it. \r\n\r\nI wasted 19 days of my time & energy with this company. \r\nAnd I lost $34.22\u2014 FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. \r\n\r\nI basically paid for a crappy phone through a crappy company with crappy service\u2014 and because of that, I got crapped on. LOL\r\n\r\nI am a real person. I\u2019m not some kind of robot or fake person\u2014 No, dude. This is real, and I should\u2019ve done my research on this company.. I can\u2019t believe that (right now as I see it) there are 71 complaints in the BBB. I\u2019ll be the 72nd. \r\n\r\nDon\u2019t let this happen to you. Don\u2019t be the 73rd."
