We bought a phone. They ship the wrong phone. Then made us send the phone back before sending correct phone. 2nd Phone was advertised,new but came in basic box and not a new charger . Scammers. Don’t buy or waste your money. Horrible customer service

This was definitely one of the most wasteful experiences in my life— not only in money, but most definitely in time & energy. I wanted to order this old PINK phone— Sanyo SCP-2700 Sprint. I ordered an extra charger also. I paid for 3 day-shipping, and it arrived 2 days later. I would’ve been okay with that, but I PAID for 3-day shipping. I went back and forth with a man via email & phone—I even talked with USPS. There was nothing in my mailbox at all, and I would be told that it is there. I ha to go through the trouble of making a claim with the post office— but it just finally arrived later. AND THEN just when I thought all this was over— As soon as I opened the package, the phone wasn’t even the right color. It was blue.. How do they advertise a pink phone, and send the customer with a blue one? Not only that— it didn’t even come with an extra charger that I PAID FOR. At that point, I was done.. I took it to the Post Office the next day, and paid $8.14 of my OWN money— JUST to send it back. I emailed them that it would arrive on Monday, and that I wanted a full refund. I was even told that I could get a refund on the money used to send it back. “Steve” emailed back, telling me to give it 3-4 day for a full refund. I THOUGHT IT WAS FINALLY OVER. They gave me a refund alright— but they only gave me $103.50! I paid $129.58 because of the extra charger THAT IT DIDN’T EVEN COME WITH, and I only got $103.50 back. I didn’t get any refund for the the $8.14 I paid to get it shipped back to New York where it came from. I emailed them, and “Steve”replied saying that the phone was turned on— He even attached a link that led me to their policy. That’s it. I wasted 19 days of my time & energy with this company. And I lost $34.22— FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I basically paid for a crappy phone through a crappy company with crappy service— and because of that, I got crapped on. LOL I am a real person. I’m not some kind of robot or fake person— No, dude. This is real, and I should’ve done my research on this company.. I can’t believe that (right now as I see it) there are 71 complaints in the BBB. I’ll be the 72nd. Don’t let this happen to you. Don’t be the 73rd.

They have sent me the wrong phone 3 times and have messed up for the 4th time with me. I can't know if it's wrong until I open the box. I'm tired of spending money to send the wrong phone back and wait 2 weeks or more for the phone to leave Brooklyn. There is too many other more important things I should be stressing over. Out $300 because of their policy and their incompetence. I'm done dealing with them because all they are is a source of unneeded stress and incompetence.

Do NOT buy from this company! They sell JUNK! Then when you request a refund, they call you, CURSE you out and continue to make repeated harassing phone calls when you hang up!

I paid extra for 3 day shipping on June 16. I called on june 22 and my phone still had not been shipped. That's completely unacceptable.

I placed an order on June 12 paid for 3 day shipping. The following week I had still not recieved my phone 5 business days later. I called and was told they haven't shipped it yet. But they had already taken my money. I do not reccomend this site.

I placed an order for Jetpack WIFI hot spot in April 19. I called the customer service since I didn't received the order confirmation. I was promised that the order will be shipped shortly. In April 21, I was very happy to find that the order status turned "Shipped". Then the order was cancelled in April 25. I was kept in the dark until I found out in the last minutes. Have to find another website to overnight the order. It cost me $99 for the shipping cost thank to ElectronicsForce.com. A cancellation notice or a message would have been nice. I noticed that they raised the price 20% for the same hot spot as well. Nice strategy to make a few extra bucks while screwing the customer.

Worst place ever payed for overnight shipping and sent it three day. No attempt to credit the difference and calling them makes no difference either as you get a run around!! The device I thought was new but was refurbished and has problems with the sim card...

When my MiFi broke at my FedEx delivery job I needed to find a replacement device quick this place seemed legit with great reviews for the most part but decided to purchase a device here as they offered overnight shipping. I purchased my device and payed for overnight shipping and they sent it three day which put me in a bind as far as needing this device for work! I called them immediately and tried to clear this up but they said they would credit me the difference of the two shipping methods which I thought was kind of a cheap solution as a normal company would reimburse the entire amount with it being their mistake but what ever not my company ethics and they do what they do. Now almost a month after my purchase still no refund credit or any attempt to correct the mess up on their part. I wish I would of got one from Verizon directly and would of if all the stores were not closed because of CV19. I would give a zero if I could as the device is refurbished one and has sim card problems. I don't recommend this place for purchasing anything..

I ordered for a red phone they sent black. I ordered an extra battery. It was not in the box. There is no manual in the box. Very disappointing!

Their website says to allow for 1-3 days for processing. I ordered my cell on Monday 4/13, early in the day, and paid $20 extra for 3-day shipping. I called Thursday and they said processing time takes closer to 3-4 days and it should be shipped out Friday. As of Monday, 4/20 the website still states "processing" and I am furious.

Don’t buy anything from this web site I bought a Smart watch on the 11-feb and have still not received it. it has been well over a month still no communication.
