I placed an order for Jetpack WIFI hot spot in April 19. I called the customer service since I didn't received the order confirmation. I was promised that the order will be shipped shortly. In April 21, I was very happy to find that the order status turned "Shipped". Then the order was cancelled in April 25. I was kept in the dark until I found out in the last minutes. Have to find another website to overnight the order. It cost me $99 for the shipping cost thank to ElectronicsForce.com. A cancellation notice or a message would have been nice. I noticed that they raised the price 20% for the same hot spot as well.
Nice strategy to make a few extra bucks while screwing the customer.
