“I am very disappointed in the phone. I paid good money for the phone and it appears to operate more like a re-conditioned and not a new phone. My partner who uses the phone said it does the same things that the old phone it replaced did. We could have just as easily kept the old phone. I will not be ordering a Doro again since these phones are so difficult to come by and they are apparently not making new ones anymore.”

“Two Sprint stores worked on the phone and could not get it programmed. I called the company that I purchased the phone from and still did not get the phone programmed. I am stuck with a phone that can not be programed.”
“I bought a phone which was labelled as New. It was refurbished. I paid for expedited UPS shipping and what I got was 11 day USPS delivery. They are not helpful after the sale. They send cryptic messages without tracking numbers. They simply say, "it is scheduled to why to you xx date." When confronted about the expedited fee and no box in 2-3 days, they offer no solution or refund of fees. Unimpressed. Will not use them or their other company Cell2get ever again. I do not recommend doing business with them.”
“More or less you get what you pay for. Yeah the phones are new and cheaper than most places but they never come in original box and accessories and i had to replace my phone 2 times with them. Overall good deal but waste of time.”
