I bought a phone which was labelled as New. It was refurbished. I paid for expedited UPS shipping and what I got was 11 day USPS delivery. They are not helpful after the sale. They send cryptic messages without tracking numbers. They simply say, "it is scheduled to why to you xx date." When confronted about the expedited fee and no box in 2-3 days, they offer no solution or refund of fees. Unimpressed. Will not use them or their other company Cell2get ever again. I do not recommend doing business with them.
