I am very disappointed in the phone. I paid good money for the phone and it appears to operate more like a re-conditioned and not a new phone. My partner who uses the phone said it does the same things that the old phone it replaced did. We could have just as easily kept the old phone. I will not be ordering a Doro again since these phones are so difficult to come by and they are apparently not making new ones anymore.
