“beautiful product. beautiful colors made with wonderfu scottish wool. Great sweater for someone special Only CON is that I have not heard back from customer serices as to how to return the product as it is not right for my skin (had chemo and could not tolerate it). Hopefully they will get back to me soon so I can return it as soon as possible. thank you!”

“So i was very disappointed by the Colors of one of the two jumpers , that didn’t correspond at all to what i saw on the « catalogue » .I saw the Colors in dark grey and a luminous orange… it’s Moss Green with autumn Colors. I hesitated to send you back the jumper but it’s too much hassle to send a parcel to Scotland . So since I really don’t like thèse Colors I am going to give it to someone 😞”

“I've bought Eribe Alpine Sweaters and Cardigans before which I love and that have worn and washed well. With this cardigan, the colour wasn't quite for me, so I have returned it and asked for an exchange. The return was signed for almost a week ago, so I have my fingers crossed that the replacement item (another alpine cardigan in a different colourway) will be sent soon.”
