Founded in 1986, our knitwear design house and manufacturing company is based in Melrose, in the Scottish Borders. We pride ourselves on championing Made in Scotland and have a dedicated fan base worldwide. “Swift service and good communication throughout. I've had quite a few Eribe sweaters over the years and found them to wear well and always get compliments when out and about in them! Great colours too.”

“lovely jumper but decided the pink was not for me so wanted to return it and exchange for another jumper The returns portal failed to send me a returns label , tried to contact customer service by phone which was impossible all calls went to voice mail , email them recived a response asking for the order number which had been include on 1st email . I love their products but their customer service is terrible”

“Appreciated the swift response from Erine to my email about my return of a previous item which was too big. Payment received into my account within the time frame. Used the print off label to return, all went well. Definitely would buy from Erin’s again.”

“My order arrived very promptly and the returns process was equally efficient. The wool, colours and knitting were all great, however the sizing was quite small. My main issue was that each Fair Isle design, placed the largest band of pattern around the middle of the trunk, which was unflattering. I’m being honest, as a designer, in case this is of be interest… Sorry not to keep them”
