“I've ordered a lot of items from Fabric Sign Guys. Quality of products and artwork communication is great. My one complaint is that the shipping timeframe is NOT clear, nor are we given options for faster shipping times. Therefore, I have to guess where to have items shipped. I've guessed wrong twice now and as a result not had the needed items for tradshows. Please give shipping options/timeframes!”

“quality is great, but i was disappointed that the color didn't match the logo i provided. Its probbaly my fault - not sure if it was in RGB or CMYK, but it doesn't match what i thought i would receive. Its lighter than what i see on screen. Any advice on how to correct that for my next order?”

Thanks so much for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear the color didn’t quite match what you were expecting. Color discrepancies can sometimes happen due to the difference between how colors appear on screen and how they print, especially when using RGB (screen) versus CMYK (printing) color models.
To ensure the color matches more closely in your next order, I’d recommend the following:
Provide a Pantone color: Pantone colors are standardized and can help avoid any color shifts between digital and print. If you have a specific Pantone shade in mind, sharing that will be a great option.
Double-check the color mode: When submitting artwork, try to use CMYK, which is the preferred mode for print. RGB works great for digital screens, but CMYK is more accurate for physical print.

“I've used Fabric Sign Guys for all of my banners, etc., for my business, as my wife has for hers, and have always been a happy customer. Service has always been excellent, and the product has been as well. On my last order of retractable banners, the support poles were the wrong size (too long). I tried to address this through chat and email, stating that I needed the replacement poles immediately because I would be leaving for the tradeshow, and, I think because I dealt with so many different support reps, that message didn't really get across. By the time the issue was resolved, and I was notified that I'd get new poles, it was too late to ship that day (I live in Philly, so an easy overnight). The poles were shipped but arrived while I was away at the show. Everyone that I dealt with was pleasant, but I think that because I didn't have a dedicated service rep, it took too long to resolve and just didn't have the urgency to resolve my issue when it could have been a pretty easy fix. So I got the new poles, but it was too late. Thank you.”

“I would suggest the template guide be available on the website when a person is making their order. The peple there could not get my image to fit. I changed it at least 5 times. Then one of the techs sent me the template and I fit it in the template easily, how I wanted it within a few min. That should have been shared the very first time. But I think it even better as an option on the website not just uploading the image.”
