“The Feetup trainer almost immediately gave me the ability to go upside down (away from the wall). I can feel my core muscles working and have a bit of soreness afterward. I'm hoping if I keep practicing using the Feetup trainer that I will eventually be able to do a headstand on the ground away from the wall. If not, that's okay too. I know I'm still working my core, balance, and stabilizer muscles with the Feetup trainer. I love the added function of a bench for elevated planks, pushups, or "legs up the wall" savasana.”

“Il Feet up è un attrezzo molto ben fatto, solido ed elegante. Per adesso l'ho utilizzato per asana di hata yoga e per shirsasana, posizione invertita con l'aiuto di mio marito però. Ancora non ho capito come tirarmi su da sola. Ma sono contenta e aoddisfatta dell'acquisto.”

“Schneller Versand, einfach aufzubauen..ich liebe ihn. Nutze ihn noch nicht für den Handstand aber für meine normalen Yogaübungen als Hilfsmittel. Vor Jahren durfte ich ihn bei meiner Yogalehrerin ausprobieren und jetzt hab ich ihn mir endlich zugelegt. Jederzeit wieder.”

“Excellent quality, sturdy, and easy to use. It was not clar to me that the piece was sold without the piece that allows it to look the a stool of two puzzle pieces. When I purchased the trainer (for the price), I expected it come as an item with a removable piece included. For that reason, I have to take away a star. The ad was definitely misleading. I would have recommended it to my friends had that issue not occurred. Otherwise, it has been easy to use and store, but is not versatile as a piece of furniture.”
