“Excellent quality, sturdy, and easy to use. It was not clar to me that the piece was sold without the piece that allows it to look the a stool of two puzzle pieces. When I purchased the trainer (for the price), I expected it come as an item with a removable piece included. For that reason, I have to take away a star. The ad was definitely misleading. I would have recommended it to my friends had that issue not occurred. Otherwise, it has been easy to use and store, but is not versatile as a piece of furniture.”
“I bought the chair in Choco Black. I would have given it a 5-star rating but didn't because I knocked off two points because: (1) I sent two emails asking if you had an instructional regular exercise program instead of Yoga but never heard back from anyone. (2) One of the pieces of the chair was missing, that is the Easylink cushion see attached.”
“Love my FeetUps - I have three. Sent one to my adult son for his birthday. He was very excited to receive it, but unfortunately, there were pieces missing. He needed to contact you all to get the missing pieces shipped to him. I was wondering why he didn't respond to the gift, he was embarrassed to tell me. He finally got the pieces and is enjoying learning to use it, although it all happened way after his birthday. Wish the process was better.”

BUT the insert piece leaves indentations in the wood from the cloth staples.
Over a short-ish time I can see this splintering the wood where hands go when stabilizing self and needing repair.
Also the staples have started to come out of the pull handle on the insert.
This feet up product is a bit on the expensive side, I’m not positive it’s worth all the money when these results of quick ware occur”
“Mine is great, bought 2 for clients. One of the two required multiple replacement frames. Awaiting a pre paid postage label and a refund still. Hopefully I hear back soon. My feet up is great, my client's is great, just got a bad batch, multiple times. Hence the 3 star review. Will happily come in with a 5 star if I can get someone to handle the postage and refund as this will be a chore to get all of these shipped back.”
