“This product is great, the beginning does have a learning curve though. I watched the video and read the handout where they tell you how to mount the bench but I found that I had a lot of pressure in my head when I did it their way. You kind of have to find the right position to be most comfortable. I was worried i would have to return it but after figuring it out it’s been great”
