the removable part of the seat is super dangerous, I thought it got locked with a "click" according to the product images

Don't buy. I ordered on December 10 and I received nothing. I requested a refund three times. It's January 20 and I haven't received anything at all!

I reached out to the customer service since the product I receive was manufacture defect and didn’t line up the holes to put through the screws and my seat came stained. However I still haven’t heard from the customer service representative and I’m stuck with the product that doesn’t assemble and stained. No ways to exchange or refund.

I am very very unhappy. I need to return the item, never been open, and know one will tell me how to return. I have sent 3 messages, and no one has answered me

Dear Kristine, Our Customer Service answered all your emails, some even twice (please see the attached screenshot). We have sent you the RMA number and shipping address every time. You sent me 2 duplicate parts now i cant put it together. I emailed. Need new one. And no one answered me on live chat so i emailed help support line.

I never received my feet up stand, it was delivered to a different street. Customer Service would do nothing. 250.00 loss on my behalf.

The product concept is amazing, however, as I mentioned in my email to Customer Service, and shared via photo, I had a severe skin reaction and can’t believe I am still having to pay return shipping for this item. There was no acknowledgment of the photo or reaction in the response and it left a poor taste in my mouth.

All parts screws where not included took forever to get a reply then took Roxanne forever to understand d what was missing and after I replied to email with pictures it’s been 2 days and still no resolution or response but I received this email lol because of poor customer service I would not recommend. At this point I want a return label and refund!

Junk! Hold on to bare rectangle wood? No grip handles and $200?? I have had way better which had set my standard too high I guess? I didn’t even know a company would have the nerve to even send this and charge so much!!! Look elsewhere - don’t waste your money - rip off!!!

Issues with order. Ultimately never did receive the full order. When determining whether to return the order due to the issues, was informed we would not receive a full refund even though the products were never used. Would not recommend FeetUp.

I contacted customer service twice now no response. My item arrived damaged it seemed someone else had had it before me, but I did not buy it used. So disappointed in the overall experience. Would never recommend or buy again.

Sent emails regarding delivery problems. Had to file my own claim with UPS. No responses. No phone number. Sent final email to cancel order.

I've been trying to connect with customer service since I received my order because of a hardware problem but no one is responding. Haven't been able to put it together... It has now been a week and counting and Roxana is ignoring my emails. I sent photos and a full explanation. They're happy they have my money but could care less if I'm happy as a customer.

Hi there, We are sorry to hear that you thought your unit has a hardware problem. We usually answer all our emails in 24 hours maximum if the emails are not sent during the weekend. We have checked now your conversations you wrote us an email on the 1st of March and you received the answer the same day. Other emails were exchanged between you and our employee on the 2nd of March and once the problem was perfectly understood we sent you the replacement hardware on the 4th of March.
