Delivery service was good and come on time but the product was very poor. They was all rotten at the bottom of the punnet, very poor quality

Sadly the delivery was too late for me to use the product, I requested and paid a lot for a specific date for delivery, but the courier let the company down by not delivering on time. Full credit to FFS, they refunded the total amount, but I’d rather have had the product for my event.

Very disappointed. The peaches arrived beautifully wrapped with bubble wrap and a secure box but it also contained ice packs and when I cut into the peach the inside had turned black and was inedible. Only one peach on the side of the tray was edible. Surely with such an efficient delivery with a little lapse time the ice is not necessary. Regards Alec Finch

We were so sorry to read your review and as discussed this morning over the phone we have issued you with a full refund. We always try our best to ensure a smooth delivery of our products which is why we take care to package them and keep them in a good condition. Although the peaches looked good on the outside we're sorry that on the inside they were no good. After a wonderful season of stone fruit we have now put these out of stock.

Not happy the steak I bought for husband birthday meal was spoiled as the vacuum seal had gone Not in considering the price I paid Won’t be buying again

We're so sorry to read your review. Please note that because the vacuum seal has come undone during transit it does not mean in any way that your meat has been spoiled. I can see from the images that the bag is still in tact without holes and that your meat is still frozen. Having the seal come undone would not have spoiled the meat. This does happen occasionally in transit due to the product being 'bounced' around by our carrier. I really hope you were still able to enjoy the wagyu chuck dever steak.

Oh no what a shame to read this, as this is one of our best selling products. The white peach nectar has a delicate yet rich flavour which works beautifully in Bellini cocktails. Being a white peach nectar the flavour is not as sweet tasting as a normal orange fleshed peach which may be what you were expecting.

On this occasion the products I order were of poor quality. The very expensive edible flowers were dead, or wiltered so I was unable to use them.

Oh no, this is definitely not what we aspire for at Fine Food Specialist. We are so sorry to read your review of the edible flowers. We have reached out to you to compensate you accordingly. We have also fed this back to our fulfilment team. Our edible flowers are highly perishable and although they are packaged with dry ice and ice packs it does appear that more needs to be done. We have reached out to you to offer you a full refund on the apple blossom flowers.

Meat turned up thawed out what should we do with it ?

We're so sorry to hear that your thinly sliced Korean BBQ pork arrived de-thawed. We do package our frozen products with lots of dry ice and ice packs, however due to the current heatwave we've been experiencing we have found that some of the thinly sliced frozen items have been de-thawing in transit. Usually they are still very cold to touch so customers have been happy to consume it within 3 days. With the current hot weather in mind we have increased our dry ice and ice packs to ensure frozen products arrive in expected condition. We will be reaching out to you to come to a solution.

I ordered food from the site and an item was spoiled. I reached out to them, but I never heard back, Not the way to treat customers. Very disappointing.
