“I recently contacted Designer Fireplaces via email asking if they could provide some videos and advice about 4 different fires.
I live in the North East and wanted to see what the flame effect looked like but live too far away from the store room.
The team were outstanding, they were happy to answer all of my questions and even sent through recordings for the 2 fires they had in the showroom. Including getting one out of the box and setting it all up.
Before making a purchase my partner also sent an email with a few follow up questions and they were also great with him.
I ordered the fire and absolutely love it.
