This change was made after noticing that packaging was often opened immediately upon delivery and generated a lot of unnecessary waste.

“Excellent service, as we ordered online we were concerned about the quality of finish of the fireplace as we could not see what it was like until it was delivered. However there was no need to worry as the quality was exceptional. Great idea to send out the free samples of the different colours and finishes you provide in oak. These samples allowed us to get a perfect match to your fireplace when ordering the other furniture in our lounge. Good support when ordering re size, cutting rebate. Also quick and efficient from first choosing the fireplace to the delivery. We would highly recommend this company.”

Dimensions were important as I didn't want to redecorate and the website information made it easy to find the important measurements that I needed. The colour was exactly as shown in the sample sent. Staff were helpful on the phone and it was reassuring that thry asked to confirm the delivery slot was still ok nearer the time.
