“This is the second time I have. purchased from flags.com and I'm grateful that the flags I need for my multi-flag display stand are still available in the exact same style! “I'm giving this company a 5-star rating based on efficiency of shipping the items I ordered. I kept reading about receiving a discount as a first-time buyer but the coupon never arrived...that pretty much sums up my only complaint. Otherwise, appears to be top-notch company.”

“My order took way too long and there was no communication on the status of my order. After I e-mailed FLAGS.COM, my flags "miracuously" showed up and were sent to me right away. I believe someone dropped the ball on my order.”

“Super pleased with the product and service. After placing my order, Customer Service contacted me and told me the flag I ordered was on back order and offered me a replacement flag at a lesser cost. I chose to stick with my original order, and they told me no worries, and gave me an estimation of when it would be delievered (2 months out). I got my flag well in advance of that time, and am displaying it proudly off my front porch now. Have, and will continue, to give my business to Flags.com”
