“This is the 2nd time I have ordered flags from flags.com the flags are great quality and the prices are outstanding my orders were shipped on time and arrived on time I have a American flag and a state of Florida flag flying in my front yard and they look GREAT. Will order from them again.”

“I have been using Flags.com for a number of years and have always been satisfied with the products they provide. This year I replaced my American flag. The one I originally ordered was out of stock and, due to Covid, it was unknown when it would be available. Flags.com immediately notified me and offered a suggested substitute for the flag I originally ordered. The flag arrived and it is beautiful! It’s nice to work with a company that has such wonderful customer service!”

“I ordered a small flag for indoors. It came within two days and is exactly what I wanted based on the description. I submitted a question by email regarding the best way to hang it (it was other than a USA flag).They responded the same day saying that they needed to research that for me and I had the answer the next day. I give 5 stars for excellence of service and quality of the product.”

“For the price I expected a higher quality product. I ordered several 2x3 flags and they were all different sizes and not just the "to be expected" production deviations but several inches. One flag arrived soiled and the colors of all of them were poor quality. They also had no shame in plastering their logo all over the flags, something IMO that is tacky and in poor taste.”
