“This item was initially out of stock, and I patiently waited nearly a month for Flag.com’s dedicated factory to produce it—showing the true spirit of perseverance and patriotism. When it finally arrived, I knew the wait was absolutely worth it. Placed proudly in the center of my home, it radiates elegance and national pride. Every guest who walks in is inspired by the powerful display of patriotism and dignity it brings to our space. I was tempted to rate it four stars, but I chose to overlook any minor issues and give it a well-deserved five stars—because supporting a company that celebrates our great nation is truly worth it. “I've purchased your U.S. flags, poles and mounting brackets for a couple decades. I mount my flag in a high-wind area and face it in the direction of the wind so that it doesn't have toa "fight" the wind. But the flag and even the pole has blown off, including recently. Because the set screw into the bracket rusts, you cannot tighten it super-tight for fear of it breaking (as it did once). The wind can pull the flag out of the mount. So I drilled a hole in the pole near the mount and inserted and wound a sturdy rust-proof wire through and around the pole and bracket so at least the pole and flag don't fly away. That should be a suggestion in your instructions, but you do not include any mounting instructions. I'm very familiar with how to assemble the pole and mount it. However, when I recently purchased a new pole, there was a clip at the top of the pole. I looked for instructions in your shipping box, but, of course, you did not include any instructions. I even looked at your purchase order taped to the box. Nope, nothing there either. I resorted to calling you. But before I received a call-back, I went to your website to see if you had any instructions there. You did. MY SUGGESTION: On your shipping order (which you enclose with tape and plastic), just type: SEE INSTRUCTIONS ON OUR WEBSITE. The instructions are very short but adequate. However, not everyone will ever go back to your website to look for instructions unless we are given a hint or suggestion to go there to look for it. It would have saved my phone call and your very helpful and courteous Support person a lot of time that could have been easily avoided.”

“Very simple to order. I live in Europe and not a single site had what I wanted until I saw Flags.com. I had to exercise restraint adding to cart…lol. They made it super simple to send it to my US address pal address who popped it over to me in Ireland for a small fee; saved me nearly €50 on postage fees. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!”
