“This has to be one of the best companies that I have ever done business with! Their website is easy to navigate, they have GREAT customer service reps, and they keep you informed every step of the way. My "eagle" came damaged via UPS but they didn't even blink an eye at replacing it! I will order more from them and spread the word to friends and family!”

“I am rating a 3x5 nylong flag. Shipping was fast and product seems great. it's been flying for a week or so. It will take some time to see how it holds up. So far, so good. God LOVE USA made products. Cheers”

“Signed up for the half-mast alerts a few weeks ago and could not be more pleased with that decision! I looked at several different alert services, including paid apps, but Flags.com’s system seemed the best fit, and it was! No junk mail, no fluff, just timely US & State alerts. Case in point, our Governor decided to sign a last-minute, half-mast order yesterday afternoon, effective for this morning! I would have never known in time without Flags’ alert. It hit my Inbox around midnight, allowing me to execute the order timely at dawn. Well done Flags! You’ve earned my respect, and my business.”

“What made my experience great? Well for one, finding a company that takes pride in the products that they make. Not many do anymore. American flags should always be made in America. Period. Two, they also make very high quality Christian flags. Very few American companies do that. Trust me, I've looked. Three, being able to buy with the comfort of knowing that they stand behind their flags. Makes this very worthwhile.”
