“Had to pay for a replacement part that failed after 3 months of use. The new part works, but this should have been a free overnight warranty replacement. I had to order it to get quickly, because warranty is by email only.”

“Forge offered a universal intercooler for sale on their website. After taking my funds and awaiting shipment, I was advised that this intercooler is no longer being manufactured,, however it shows available through Forge in Britain. I feel that Forge could have done more to make this transaction happen, even to get one from their Britain warehouse in this instance.. I am very disappointed and just had higher expectations from a company like Forge.. I received an email and my funds were held for a week...”
