“Slightly gutted in all truth. On your website you have items appearing available. I order, pay and then next day get a message that funds have been returned. No message why, no contact from anyone. I am still after the parts now I ordered.”

“I know I only made a small purchase (logo template), but the item was put into a box that was smaller than the template causing the logo to be torn and wrinkled. I was unable to use the logo as I intended to its condition.”

It is disappointing to see a customer write a negative review about a product that was not popular enough to continue selling an item for a vehicle that was never available in the United States. We try our best to update the site on a monthly basis but as humans even these small items can slip through the cracks. We understand that you were disappointed but reviews are how businesses like ours show are success. A negative review can hurt that business especially for something like this. A full refund has been issued to you and we hope that in the future to win back your business.

“The part (FMACS60R) had to be modified four different ways for proper fit and function. The bracket was bent incorrectly, the holes were located incorrectly, the rod was bent incorrectly and the spring was too stiff. There was also very little grease inside the unit. I was appalled by the poor workmanship for something so expensive.”

I am sorry that you were unsatisfied with our listing. Unfortunately we do not have a Live Inventory system and while products maybe listed "In stock" or "Ready to ship" doesn't mean that they don't sell out quickly. Our team worked quickly once seeing your order to email you of the delay. Covid19 has placed many of our products on a longer lead time than normal and hope that you can understand that.
