“Item failed to work out of box kept staying open cost bunch money for no reason installation and removal cost shipping for returns and now hopeing and waiting for a refund!! They made it si difficult to return as well saying its the car not the part when the car is brand new i just want my full refund! Already at loss of ton of money!!”

“I ordered a Dump Valve for my Grandsons 2015 Jetta and I received it within 5 days, just in time for his birthday. He was so excited, he called me the next day to tell me he installed it and runs and sounds great. I have faith in ordering from Forge again if I need to.”

“i purchased a forge bov for my jetta and never got it in. i have filed a claim with fedex and forge and have yet to be reimbursed for my product. i am super disappointed with your guys customer service since no one has directly been in contact with me for updates about my claim.”

“Honestly, I only bought a $15 blanking cap but I asked them to do something ridiculous like draw a picture of a tarantula having a tea party on the package, AND THEY DID. Well, it was a full page print of a picture from google images BUT STILL. It proved to me they care about their customers and they actually read the custom ordering requests. I couldn’t be happier with the service. 10/10 would.”
