“ I shopped at McArthur Glen at East Midlands outlet. Assistants there was so helpful, courteous and polite. They explained about returns (purchased 3 items for my son) as I asked about the policy in case he needed to exchange them. I also went to the outlet at York and they too was as helpful as they could be, poor staff had IT problems but coped magnificently without causing any problems for shoppers ”
