Very disappointed and DHL provided little to no support, a very distasteful conversation with a lady from support who had no interest in helping me. Please know that your order was indeed shipped on the same day as your purchase (Sep 26th), with DHL Express, to ensure a timely delivery. Unfortunately, there was a slight delay on DHL’s end, which is beyond our control.
