Never received table as after being kept waiting for 4 weeks was told they had none available due to damage. Am still awaiting a r3fund 5 weeks later and it looks like I will have to go through PayPal. Response to emails (if they respond) is not within one working day. Very disappointed as was looking forward to hav8ng this table.

Ordered in January 2024. To date I still have no product ? The dates I was given for pallet delivery by Lyndsey were uneventful especially as I took a day off from work. I took a subsequent day off and still no delivery. I was promised a call with a third ETA for delivery yesterday but received no call. I will be calling again for the very last time before I request a refund :(

Still waiting for delivery. The item was meant to be a gift for a colleague’s retirement. It’s now absolutely no good to us as we had to buy something else. This company here brilliant though at quickly refunding the money on request. It was a supplier’s fault.

Have not received my items. Your email does not exist. PayPal looking into this as you have taken my money and disappeared. No way of contacting you. So, how do I feel about my purchase? Really poor

Unfortunately this item was out of stock and we did try to contact you on a number occasions to offer you an alternative but were not able to get through.
