order 6-7 weeks bad communication from customer service item still didn't arrive 😑 waste of time . can't rate quality of product caused never come 😕

Terrible customer service! Ordered furniture and was told 2 to 3 weeks delivery. After 3 weeks nothing, contacted Furvell multiple times and was eventually given a delivery date about a month later. Took the day off and waited in all day, no delivery. Contacted Furvell again and was guaranteed delivery for the following Friday, waited in all day again, no delivery. Contacted Furvell again and they were looking into it. Furniture turned up about a week later with no warning, fortunately someone was in. 2 chairs were faulty, contacted Furvell again and after several weeks and lots of emails were sent 2 footstools that I didn't need or want. Contacted Furvell again and several weeks later received the replacement chairs after yet more emails. Nice product but very poor service.

Horrendous!! I never received my order, even though every week I emailed asking where it was and every week they said next Friday! After waiting 3 weeks, they refunded me! Horrendous and would never recommend them

Hi Helene, I am very sorry you didn't receive the knot ornament you ordered from us. Unfortunately the stock shipped from our supplier has been signed for at our premises but has not been received by us and so we are still trying to trace it. I understand this is not an acceptable amount of time to wait for an ornament so please accept our apologies once again. As soon as you requested a refund this was actioned immediately. Absolute shambles from start to finish whenever that will be. Ordered garden table and chairs, 2-4 weeks for delivery. Delivery was delayed and no updates . Constantly had to chase, lots of promises and nothing. Eventually got the delivery and the glass top for table has large chip out of it and numerous parts of the rattan was covered in rust. Not to mention one chair very wobbly to point uncomfortable to sit on. Missing items coals for firepit, furniture cover and umbrella. Back and forth via WhatsApp as their phone lines don't work and I was told they would send out missing items and replace damaged parts. Had to constantly chase and eventually got the missing parts but was told an engineer would come out to inspect the furniture. Took a day off work for the engineer. Heard nothing, WhatsApp messaged them to be told no engineer was coming and they were arranging a day to collect the full order. This was advised to me after i had wasted a days holiday from work. very cheeky attitude on WhatsApp. I would advise if you are thinking of ordering with this company to seriously think twice. I have never wasted so much time in my life trying to get something resolved for them to then say they are not willing to resolve it and I have no option but to allow them to collect the furniture leaving us with nothing. They really do not care about customers. Stay away from Furvell Home !!

As discussed the engineer visit was cancelled as you opened a chargeback through Klarna for non receipt of your order when you did in fact receive it and the minor issues you have were being resolved by our team. It is our company policy to collect goods for a full refund if a chargeback is opened, we will reach out with a collection date once this has been arranged. Kind what’s Furvell.

Wouldn’t recommend this company as had nothing but hassle with them trying to get a refund after no delivery my item. Been a bad experience with them… had to non stop call them and email them to get things moving for my refund.

Considering i do not have my marble table as ordered in march I would not rate this company . Communication is poor and they just mess you around. Saying different things about the delivery dates etc . I am just glad I decided to pay by Klarna who have put a hold on my payments while they are investigating thank goodness . My asvucw do not use this company

Still have not received my order. Very disappointed in the service and communication. Will NEVER buy another product from this company. Have told my family, friends and colleagues that they need to stay away from this company. Yet again I have been asked to edit my review by posting a picture of the goods I received. Guess what……..yes that’s right, still have not received my order. This order was processed on 11/04/2024 today is 25/05/2024. Yesterday I had a most unpleasant experience of speaking to Natalie. I was promised a full refund for £119.20. I’m not holding my breath waiting for the refund. My advice to ALL prospective customers is to avoid dealing with this incompetent company.

I am very sorry you didn't receive the ornament you ordered from us, unfortunately some stock shipped from our supplier has been signed for at our premises but has not been received by us and so we are still trying to trace it. With regards to you not receiving a response to your emails, I would be very grateful if you could forward these directly to me at jane@furvell.com so I can investigate, as all our emails are respond to daily from Monday to Friday and had we received an email from you chasing an order we most certainly would have replied. I have honestly had to put off writing this review! Delivery date changed 3 times= 3 days off work! Arrived and begin setting up table..Only to be told there is no chairs with it! 🙈 2 weeks after Delivery of table chairs arrived...Wrong colour!! Light grey instead of dark! Was told to be given 10 days to have this rectified..Now onto day 15 ..No ones answering phones when I call!! I would like my chairs changed ASAP! Please avoid this company! Still lost for words at how they think this is acceptable!!

Funny how you can pesta me for a review but you can't send the stool and other bits that are missing so we can actually use what we've paid for over 6 weeks ago. Your customer care is awful. 2 weeks ago I rang and told you that pieces are missing to find our today that they still havnt been sent out. We are so disappointed 😞 please listen to your customers and answer your phone.

HAVING PURCHASED AND PAID FOR A PATIO GARDEN SET OF FURNITURE. ADMITTEDLY IT WAS HALF PRICE DUE TO SHOW ROOM AND MARKS ON CUSHIONS WHICH I ACCEPTED. FINALLY AFTER MUCH CHASING IT WAS DELIVERED,VERY UNHELPFUL DRIVERS JUST LEFT OUTSIDE HOUSE AND ONLY HAD TO WALK A FEW STEPS TO PUT IN GARDEN. SOFA MASSIVE FAULT AND FIREPIT DOESNT WORK, NO PEBBLES FOR FIRE, NOW WAITING AND WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO FIX FIREPIT AND DELIVER NEW SOFA. SUMMER WILL PROBABLY BE OVER BY THE TIME THEY HAVE DATES FOR ME SO LOOKS LIKE WILL HAVECA REFUND BUT THIS ALSO WORRIES ME RECEIVING IT AS NOBIDY SEEMS TO CARE !!!!! Finally delivered said furniture 3 months later, repaired table, however parts still missing which they assured me would be with the order so told them to keep furniture and refund!!!! Ordered new table from another company being delivered after 1 week !!!

Still no item. No communication. I had to see where my item was as not even had a confirmation. Item apparently coming from supplier but given a vague date. Still no update over two weeks later. If item not here this week I’ll be seeking a refund. I ordered many items the same night I ordered from here, everything else has arrived! Poor service I’m afraid. Communication needs significantly improving

having to phone three times to see where it was, I kept being told that they were having trouble with their delivery company and that they would be sending it. I cancelled and still waiting for a refund. have ordered from a defiant company and it arrived within one week. would not be buying from Furvell again.
