“I was delighted to come accross the monthly gift boxes to specifically have an August box delivered as August 6th was an important date and being in lockdown it was the perfect delivery to celebrate at home. However, the poor handling of issues raised with how promotions are marketed left me out of pocket and took away completely from the intended special marking of an occasion. Josh, in business, lessons learned should not be at the expense of your customers!”

Hi Bonnie, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. As explained to you a number of times, you cannot claim more than one discount or offer per order. This condition is very clearly stated in our terms and conditions. We initially upgraded your order to express shipping (free of charge) to ensure it arrived on time for you and we have also offered on multiple occasions to remedy the discount situation by changing the offer/discount from the one you input with your order, which you have not accepted. To say we have left you out of pocket is disingenuous and we have done nothing but try and help you have a great experience. Hey Tracey, sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived yet. We were notified late last week that AusPost has faced some serious challenges with a train derailment in WA earlier this month causing delivery timeframes from Melbourne to regional WA to be blown out to over 3 weeks. If you don't see anything in the next week or so, please let us know and we will make sure that we get your delivery to you, even if that means sending another.
