I was delighted to come accross the monthly gift boxes to specifically have an August box delivered as August 6th was an important date and being in lockdown it was the perfect delivery to celebrate at home. However, the poor handling of issues raised with how promotions are marketed left me out of pocket and took away completely from the intended special marking of an occasion. Josh, in business, lessons learned should not be at the expense of your customers!
