“I find myself shopping here more and more as nowhere else provides the same level of customer service. Everyone who works here is lovely and they genuinely care about giving you the right advice. Liz especially has really helped me to put outfits together. The only time I made a return, Claire was amazing, no quibbles and didn't make me feel awkward. I would wholeheartedly recommend this store and it will continue to be my go-to place for all occasions.”

“Great company to deal with. After a few payment issues which was dealt with extremely well by Donna? everything perfect. Jumpers arrived next day with DPD - packaged well and folded nicely. Will recommend this company to everyone. On an occasion when my item had to be returned the refund was paid very quickly. Superb I will definitely purchase again. Soon! Mary”

“I purchased the Chalk Frida Heavy Denim Oversized Jacket and matching Armelle Heavy Denim Wide Leg Trouser. These are both One Size and are a very comfortable fit. I am a size 16 top and 14/16 bottom. The Denim is really soft and a high quality. Both items matched my expectations from the photos and description on line. The order was delivered next day. The packaging was very good, folded neatly and wrapped in tissue. I particularly like that Gemini use DPD which, to date, for me has been a really good, reliable delivery service who follow "not going to be in" instructions.”

“I regularly order items online and the items always meet descriptions and therefore my high expectations are met. I also enjoy visiting the shop when I visit the Cotswolds region. It’s a fab shop and I always feel spoilt for choice! I really value the loyalty scheme and the regular emails advising when their are brand discounts.”
