“The service is good and so is communication, however, I strongly object to having to pay £4.95 to receive an item then having to pay the same again to return it should it not be suitable. This puts an extra £9.98 on whatever you are buying. YOU SHOULD PROVIDE A FREE RETURN LABEL.!”

As an independent retailer, we're unfortunately not able to offer free postal returns. However, we do offer free returns when items are brought back to our store, and we also provide free UK delivery on orders over £99. To help minimise the need for returns, our team is always happy to offer personalised sizing and styling advice by phone or email before you place an order. We know shopping online can sometimes be difficult, and we're here to help you find the right fit and style. “Good service as always. Masai trousers not the best! They came up quite large and did look a bit like pyjamas though a nice colour.”

“Quick delivery, quick refund process, a bit miffed to have to pay return postage when goods are high end prices, whilst previous purchases were fabulous the recent items were sadly and surprisingly not such good value/ quality for money”

“Order dispatched quickly but was delivered to the wrong address by Royal Mail. I did email when I found out but luckily it was redelivered by Royal Mail today. No response to my email however.”

“I asked when ordering the trousers if they had a small split and cuffs on the trousers legs . I was informed that they had no split and cuffs - not correct! The delivery was left outside my gate on the road and the delivery company told me that the parcel was signed for ! I suspect it was done by an extremely lazy delivery man called David .”

“The reason for lower scores is that I tried several times to contact customer services online but the message would not go through when I pressed send. I had ordered 2 jackets, feeling slightly guilty, and the very neext day you emailed me with sales offers of £20 off each jacket. I did feel that the sales price could have been applied since the price had obviously come down before my order was dispatched and I wanted to raise this with you.”

“I was reasonably happy with my items but returned one as I felt it was of poor quality. Why is my review of that item not shown on the website? It is very misleading to only show the 5 star reviews - does this border on dishonesty I wonder? And how are we to judge an item when it is clear that only 'excellent' reviews are displayed?”

“Unfortunately my jumper didn’t arrive. Gemini were very helpful trying to find where it was. I had to get a refund as the jumper was out of stock. A bit disappointing but it was Royal Mail at fault”
