“I was reasonably happy with my items but returned one as I felt it was of poor quality. Why is my review of that item not shown on the website? It is very misleading to only show the 5 star reviews - does this border on dishonesty I wonder? And how are we to judge an item when it is clear that only 'excellent' reviews are displayed?”
Hi Sarah, All reviews are displayed and we cant filter them to only show the best, as reviews are added through our review provider Review.IO so are independently verified and added. “As a good customer of Gemini i am most disappointed with my recent transaction. With an offer of 15% off i added the code to the appropriate box followed by your 5% offer. Both these promotions were accepted. After the transaction had been completed i noticed that only 5% had been deducted. There is no way of checking this until transaction has been completed. It may be a while before i shop again.”
