“Very nice item delivered promptly - very pleased with that. Bought in sale but unfortunately too big . Paid £4+ delivery which was fine but had to returned via Royal Mail which also cost £4+. Ordered a smaller size which again cost £4+ postage. So although the item was fine I think the cost of all this postge was not.”

“Good choice of products but am put off ordering much because of the cost of postage and returns not being free. Returns should be free otherwise you end up losing up to £10 for nothing. Delivery is slow as well”

“I have purchased several pairs of Geminis Orla linen trousers. They say they are cropped but for a lady of only 5ft the length is great. The only thing I might say is the linen is quite thin. But I will still be buying more for next year. Does the brand do a heavier winter short legged trouser.”

“The quality is fabulous, and I like that they use Royal mail. The only downfall is that they sell out of the larger sizes very fast so you tend to miss out on some lovely items.”

“Excellent items but I tend to buy from other retailers first as I generally purchase Mama b and you are always more expensive than they are. I have mentioned this. If I am saving £10/£20 on an item I am obviously going to go elsewhere. I have also purchased Amazing woman for less elsewhere too but it is not something I wear a lot of.”

“This was my first order with Gemini. I came across them when looking for 2 Danes clothing who I believe have closed. They were efficient, pleasant to deal with, and honest. The items did not suit me so I returned and the refund was quick and fuss free.”

“Nice clothes but they are expensive. I've ordered several times from them but the last time I found that the items had been reduced in the sale. They did honour some of the sale prices but two items they wouldn't, saying they were just outside the time, so I had to return them and then re-order again. The assistant that I spoke to was really helpful and apologetic but I felt that it was a bit petty. They could loose a good customer because of this. Other companies that I've dealt with have been a lot more helpful in similar circumstances.”

“I love being able to speak to a person on the phone and everyone I’ve spoken to has been charming. I was also sent the wrong piece of clothing, but that was rectified very quickly. If this service continues I will be buying more from Gemini.”
