“It took over a week for someone to call me to inform me that the item I had purchased was incorrectly showing as available when in fact there was no stock. I was then asked to select an alternative choice. But unfortunately nothing else was suitable for the outfit that I purchased the hat for. I then requested a refund which took a further week to process. Very disappointing Experience and I would be reluctant to recommend your company to friends.”

“Very disappointed with poncho poor quality for price .also disgusted at postage cost and having to pay outrageous cost for return. Still haven't received refund although return acknowledged”

Please check your Paypal and get in touch with us directly on 01789 266894 if there is any problems. As a small independent business we are unable to offer free returns, but we are hoping to improve our returns process later this year. “It would have been five stars up until my last purchase. I was absolutely stunned to receive a jacket that I ordered which had been obviously repaired (and not very well done at that) sold as a new item. There were clearly no quality control measures in place before despatch. On the flip side, the refund process was done immediately and the money refunded to my bank quickly.”

“When my dress arrived it was in the same package as a. bottle of diffuser oil, although in different bubble wrap. The bottle was smashed. The highly perfumed oil was everywhere, and after a long and helpful conversation with Amber I repackaged the dress, which in my opinion was unwearable, and returned it. All of the paperwork was ruined. It cost £7.65 in postage. I have now received the refund, no postage and not the slightest suggestion that, if I make further order, I may qualify for a discount for my trouble.”
