“It was my first and last experience with your company. The item I purchased was clearly not as described and I had to pay to return it. You wasted my time and left me with £12.95 out of pocket. I left my review on Trustpilot and Google, so other people would know who they are dealing with. You asked what you could do better. Go into administration.”

“I returned the Fandango dress as it was too small and had the acknowledgment from Gemini that it had been received on the 17th June! I have still not had the refund into my Bank Account! This is not good customer after care.”
“ok customer service but not refunded on £13.90 postage when i collected items instead, also gave me faulty shoe with bad seams which was returned, I returned two out of six items and they kept all my invoices too! I spent over £300 and no loyalty points for me!”

We are sorry you are disappointed but to confirm the postage has all be refunded for you and you will accrue Loyalty Points all items kept, points are added to your account 35 days after purchase as we have to allow time for any returned items.
