“We are very happy with the bed that we purchased for our son. The quality is fantastic...so beautiful. Love the drawers that go underneath the bed. I was a bit worried about how they would work, but they are great...they slide across the carpeted floor with no problem. I am so proud to be supporting such a business that cares about quality and at the same time keeping things affordable. I have an issue with trust...but I took a leap after reading the "business" story and decided to trust them. Their story was real and impressive. There were a couple of challenges with the assembly. I would just recommend that the instructions be a little more detailed with explaining things and clearly marking the pieces, etc. My husband is a retired wood worker so it came in handy when it was time to assemble things. But, I do know that this company also stated anyone could call if they needed assistance and I am confident, after viewing the quality of the workmanship that there is no doubt they would help to make sure the customer had a great experience. I would for sure purchase from this company again. Love the story...love that they give back. Keep up the good work...I hope you never change your principles and continue to have much success.”

“I love the quality of my bed and its was everything I had wanted in a Cal King low profile bedframe! However.. upon assembly I was completely missing all the screws!! I was very diligent about opening the packaging and checking all of its contents and sure enough not a single screw, which meant a trip to the hardware store to do the best I could to match up the screws length and diameter with what was pictured in the diagram, then having to buy a pack of more than what I needed because it was all that they had. BUT other than that little rant I do enjoy the fit and finish and the bed came out great!!! Unfortunately missing hardware was a huge killjoy for me.”

“Amazing quality, easy construction, and insanely durable. I've had my bed for over a year, with an underbed storage and side table. During this time I moved and disassembled and reassembled (did both in under 15 minutes) the bed and it's incredibly well made!”

“We ordered a queen sized low bed for a guest room. When we were searching it was hard to find good quality beds that were low and well priced. The website was very easy to navigate and had detailed information. We were pleased with the price, the shipping time and the bed, now all set up, is great. We thought the directions could be a little clearer, the one set of directions was for multiple bed types. Having one set that was just for the one bed we ordered would have been easier for us. But we did understand them and got the bed together.”

“Decent, but expensive for what it is. Their margins must be huge. I think they should reduce prices a bit and give some back to the consumer. Also, they skimp on the slats. We had to add another few slats because the spacing between the slats is larger than a typical spring in a spring mattress, meaning the springs fall between the slats. Definitely disappointed in that.”

“A bit easy to assemble, however it is a bit shorter than perceived in the images. In the images you are able to see the black wood at the bottom, but isnt visible when assmbled. Simultaneously, I am a little worried about thesupport of the bed frame, its justone slab wood that easily moves around....”

“Fits great, sturdy, easy to put together. Had one issue that was quickly resolved where the wrong bed post was shipped. Took about a week to get to me, but customer service was there for it. So no worries. Love the bed after a month or two.”

“Great quality bed frame and it matched the description and photos from the website. Deducted 1 star because one of the beds came chipped and the instructions were not great. I also ordered 2 of the same beds, and the beds came in multiple boxes without labels so it was hard to figure out which pieces were for which bed.”

“I'm happy with my completed bed and underbed storage. However, the bed was difficult to assemble because the guide holes for the screws were not deep enough. We had to drill holes of our own and the process took a long time. Also, despite paying for faster shipping, the bedframe was delayed, and the underbed storage wasn't shipped at all until I contacted the company to remind them I'd ordered it. In the course of these various problems, I took a closer look at the online reviews on the website and saw that only the five star reviews were included. This feels dishonest, in addition to leaving me skeptical about the point of this review I'm writing. I wonder if customers will ever see it? On the plus side, I had no problem assembling the underbed storage by myself, and it works well and looks very nice. Additionally, Customer Service was very polite and apologetic when I reached out with my various concerns. I'm leaving four stars because now that the drama is behind us, I have a very nice solid wood bed at a reasonable price.”

“THe frame is very simple which I chose personally but for 1200 dollars for a couple of pieces of wood you would expect to be great finishing however the final finishes are not that great. The pieces are not fitting great and there are some discrepancies between them.”
