“I just purchased my bed not too long ago and am absolutely in love with it. This is the perfect accessory and exactly what I was looking for since it is for a tiny house and has the minimalist vibe but is all I need to hold my phone and glasses beside the bed. I recently purchased the under bed drawers for the bed as well. I love my Get Laid Bed and all the matching accessories. Perfect combination of minimalist style and function.”

“After going through 3 different bed frames in the span of two years do to them constantly breaking, we broke down and spent the money on actual quality. I do not regret the decision one bit. The bed is beautiful and built to last. Delivery came before the projected time frame even though it was an international shipment, and assembly was less complicated than the cheap ones from Amazon. This is my best purchase of the year!”

“They make a lot more noise than you think they will and the wood quality does leave something to be desired. Aside from that, we feel like the finish is fairly decent.”

“I was thrilled to find a real wood bed that came in a Full XL size. I really like the design, but the quality of the workmanship is mediocre. The varnish is very uneven with dark patches and what looks like a bunch of finger prints. I'm hard pressed to find other beds in this size so I will keep it. Also, when assembling, it is very difficult to keep pieces together tight enough when screwing them together. They should use fasteners that tighten as you go. Update: While trying to correct the loose joint, we discovered that the soft wood has cracked, so there is no way to tighten the joint at all. I could literally wiggle the pieces apart despite two screws. Very disappointed. I would be willing to pay more money for a bed that has decent varnish and doesn't break during assembly. I'm down grading to 2 stars.”

“The bed parts came in boxes which was sent out and arrived without any issues. Material was not work the amount that we paid. Disappointed and would not order again . Quality is not good and many issues were noted.”

From the images provided it was unclear the extent of the issue nor the exact parts marked by damage. However during communications your responses became rude in response to the team trying to assist you. We are sorry you felt the need to do this. They were only trying to make sure they got the correct information from you. “Awful experience. Ordered two very expensive beds. They arrived without all the right pieces. After over a month of back and forth with customer support, and multiple attempts for the company to send the correct pieces (they sent several wrong pieces by mail again which further delayed completion of the bed), we finally gave up and paid a contractor even more money to fix and finish the bed. When I reached out for compensation for the trouble I was offered $150 (after spending $3,000+ on the whole debacle plus an incredible amount of time). Will discourage anyone I know from ever supporting this business.”

Thank you for your review. As you know, some of your packages were lost by the couriers during international transit through US customs etc. We would like to clarify that this was not due to any failure on our part to send them originally. In our efforts to rectify the situation, we remade and send the missing parts. However, although providing the correct measurements to be made, parts arrived incorrect. You then did not wish to allow us to rectify it and asked for a refund. You were made aware that we could not refund you in full without collecting the items. We are not obligated to offer anything beyond the missing parts, yet we chose to provide you with a partial refund in an attempt to resolve the issue. Once we had offered a partial refund, apart from this negative review , we have not heard back form you in 1 month. “Exactly what we ordered, happy so far. We placed the bed on a rug so no felt pads underneath. Instructions were included and clear, but it was not very clear which pieces were which, the stain was the same as slats so that didn't help, maybe pieces could be labeled? As an international order we were not eligable for installation. We have yet to build the underbed stroage, but excited this was an option.”

“I needed a bed with extra slats and customer service at Get Laid Beds was spectacular. Really, it was delightful to have an actual conversation with a lovely human being (instead of having customer service read from a script). Cara understood what I needed and explained how each extra slat would change the spacing, so I knew exactly what I would be getting. I was a bit nervous about ordering a bed from the UK to be delivered to the US, but my conversation with Cara made me much more comfortable.”

“The day bed I got is built very well. Sturdy and can hold plenty of weight! My fiancé put it together so quickly without issues. They have extra of all items just in case. The bed shipped in 3 parts which all arrived within a week’s time from the anticipated delivery date.”

“When I found the perfect bed for us, I was dismayed to learn the company is located in England, since I am in the US. Still, I found a US number on the website and decided to call. I'm so glad I did! We ordered a cherry platform bed, no head or footboard, with a shelf for each side and and underbed storage drawer. The bed is very reasonably priced gien the excellent quality. And the fact that expedited shipping to the US only cost $56 blew our mind! My daughter is married to a British man, and when we excitedly told them about this great find, my son-in-law said, "I'm sorry to say this, but I think you've been scammed. There is no way that bed will be as nice as it seems, delivered to the US int he timeframe and cost they've promised." That worried me, so I called again to confirm our bed specifications, costs, and delivery date and logistics. The person I spoke with was kind, patient, well-informed and reassuring, as was each Get Laid Beds employee I spoke with through the research and ordering process. Sure enough, Our beautiful bed arrived in perfect condition, a day early! We ordered out bed on July 9th. It was delivered to our front door in rural Vermont on July 24th. I'm happy to say my son-in-law was wrong about his skepticism of Get laid Beds!”
